no! there is a legend: when Jesus' blood triclked down on the earth of Gogotha, the earth broke open and there was a skull there - Adam's skull!
so the skull at Christ's feet is Adam's skull and is supposed to symbolize the Fall

I doubt it is in the Bible itself - it's just a part of Christian tradition, some apocryphal stuff I suppose
